ART PARK / PROGRAM

The plaza at Brighton Landing is a half-acre public space meticulously landscaped with mature trees, shrubs, perennials and ground cover. It is a truly active space, providing the main entrance for the project, outdoor café seating, and dramatic lighting. Highlights of the plaza are the historic marker and reflecting pool, which create an exciting, visually stimulating art park environment. Building lobbies and other indoor public spaces feature a rotating collection of works by contemporary New England artists. These stunning pieces of visual art are provided by agreement with the Montserrat College of Art in Beverly, Massachusetts.
